Training Development on Oracle and SAP S/4 HANA

Analyzing Training Needs: Working with stakeholders and business teams to analyze and understand training needs and creating templates along with learner profiles.

Designing Storyboard: Preparing storyboards and developing content for the requirement of the course for different deliverable methods such as Instructor led training and web based training. High expertise in creating PPT Decks with Graphical representations. created storyboards for Level 1 to 4.

Development of Storyboards: Created gamified type of courses with simulations on articulate storyline and adobe captivate softwares and also created animation simulations modules on vyond. working with global SME Teams for the review of content and course

Implementation of Course: High expertise in scorm package evaluation and navigation on LMS. worked on cornerstone LMS For implementation of courses.

Evaluating Course: Evaluated Course and Measured learning outcomes and also reimplemented the course depending on feedback.

Training Development on HR Modules:

Created high level animation courses on Hr induction training on company Policies.
